What's different about WPS Seafarer Rates versus normal Staze bookings?

WPS Seafarer Rates are exclusive contracted rates that give you maximum flexibility. They are available as a room type at certain hotels. The only difference is that the bookings arrive as 'Booking Requests' through the hotel, meaning that the hotel must accept them. You will be automatically notified when they do. Here's a breakdown of the steps:

  1. Select the WPS Seafarer Rate (You may have to click view all rooms and enable meals/ flexible cancellations to find it)

  1. Fill in the booking information and enable the VCC as usual

  1. At checkout, click 'Request booking'.

  1. At first, your booking will show as 'pending'
